We’re also going to take measurements because, let’s admit it, we just want people to say “You’re lookin’ good! What you been doing?!”

Accountability is what most of us need to stay on track. That’s why we’re going to have a private Facebook group to share stories, recipes, ask questions and get encouragement. You’ll also have full access to your coach outside of class in case you need guidance or a boost of positive encouragement.
The type of training you’ll do includes body weight exercises like pushups and situps, running and we’ll also use some lightweight equipment like kettlebells and medicine balls. It’s going to be intense.
But intensity is the secret to results. I know … not much of a secret. But there’s no short cuts. You knew that too!
