Yep, you guessed it. We’ve added a huge nutrition component to CenLaFit.

You knew it was coming!

And to be honest, the results we’re talking about are going to require you do some things you don’t want to do … like stop eating what you ate this weekend!

You’re going to have a nutrition coach that’ll tell you exactly how much to eat each day. It’ll be based on your personal goals. You’ll even track it in an app which makes it really easy (we hate journaling just as much as you!). That way, your coach can help make adjustments to hit your goals.

How can you achieve results without MEASURING progress? That’s why you’re going to track performance results to keep you (and us) accountable to your progress.
 
We’re also going to take measurements because, let’s admit it, we just want people to say “You’re lookin’ good! What you been doing?!”

You’ll also get our ebook, Eat Good Food. Don’t worry, we have an audio version … not really, but you can read the highlights in like 15 minutes.

Accountability is what most of us need to stay on track. That’s why we’re going to have a private Facebook group to share stories, recipes, ask questions and get encouragement. You’ll also have full access to your coach outside of class in case you need guidance or a boost of positive encouragement.

The type of training you’ll do includes body weight exercises like pushups and situps, running and we’ll also use some lightweight equipment like kettlebells and medicine balls. It’s going to be intense.
But intensity is the secret to results. I know … not much of a secret. But there’s no short cuts. You knew that too!

We’ve meticulously designed the training program with one main goal … to get you lean! As you go through the journey of getting lean, you’ll also experience improved stamina, better flexibility and strength.
